Events at Sage Cottage
We have hosted an array of events in our over 35 years of experience in the hospitality space. Regardless of the task at hand, we will see it done. This is your special day, and we will put all of our skills and talents to work for you, to ensure that everything goes according to plan. We have several unique areas for events, and over eight different event packages available. We are confident that you will find exactly what you are looking for in the woodlands of North Georgia, here at Sage Cottage.
the sycamore room
The Sycamore room boasts 1,500 sq. ft. of space, where the indoor event you’ve been dreaming of comes to life. Large picture windows surround most of the room allowing for wonderful natural light. With views of the woods and gardens, you will feel as if you are outside enjoying nature while still appreciating the temperature-controlled atmosphere of being indoors.
Pictures will be fabulous with the breathtaking woodland as your backdrop. The room features a movable wall that allows for a more quaint environment for smaller events or a larger space for big groups or a dance floor. An offset galley allows for the buffet to be out of sight but easily accessible for guests, or there is plenty of space in the room for individual food stations for a mingling friendly feel to any event.
the pavilion and deck
Perhaps your dreams included an outdoor event, you’re in luck! Down a short walkway is an over-sized Pavilion with an attached open-air deck surrounded by woods for peace and privacy. Would you like your entire event outside? Maybe you prefer indoor and outdoor space? We are here to make dreams come true. The space is yours, use it as you wish.
the cottage
Inside the Cottage, we have the perfect place for a quaint smaller event. Large picture windows overlook the gardens and allow for plenty of natural light. A lovely space for perhaps a shower, engagement party or any celebration.
Want a more intimate indoor wedding ceremony? The Cottage features a stunning double-sided fireplace creating the perfect setting for the Bride and Groom. The possibilities are endless as well as the charm.

Don’t worry we know you need a special space for your ceremony, we have options! A stunning stretched lawn creates the perfect place for the gorgeous Bride to make a grand entrance. Ravishing gardens add to the beauty of your big day allowing for the best possible pictures to create memories for years to come.

Every Sage Cottage packages and events include all of the necessities. We supply the chairs, tables, dinnerware, linens, etc.. Perhaps you are wanting something particular for your special occasion, no problem, we are happy to rent in exactly what you want for an additional cost.
