Communication During Your Stay
We utilize texting to communicate with you before and during your stay. It is important to have a unique cellular telephone number assigned to each guest room regardless of who is making or paying for the reservation. We suggest you call the inn if you need to book more than one room.
Check In
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you will arrive after this time, please notify us well in advance so that we can provide you with information essential for an after-hours self-check-in. We are happy to assist you with luggage upon your arrival, if arrival is during staffing hours. Check-in at the inn’s office, and we will retrieve your luggage for you. We can often accommodate an early check-in. Please check with us.
Check Out
Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Alternate check-out times can sometimes be accommodated if pre-arrangements are made. Please check with us.
Room Pricing
Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy. Our rooms can accommodate two people very comfortably.
Visitor Policy
Outside guests are welcome to join guests in the public areas prior to 9pm. Outside guests are welcome to join guests for breakfast for an additional charge.
Deposit
All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost with taxes. Any outstanding balance is due upon check-in. The deposit can be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Cancellation Notification
If your plans require that you cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit (less a $50 plus tax per room cancellation fee) provided that we are given sufficient notification of the cancellation in advance of the confirmed arrival date. You may book your stay using our Rest Easy Cancellation Coverage rate for a shorter cancellation notice period. See below.
Reservations canceled or stays reduced prior to originally confirmed arrival date will receive a refund of any deposit, less a $50 + tax, per room, handling fee which will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation fee offsets the credit card expenses we incur for the deposit and refund without revenue from a stay.
Reservations canceled, or stays reduced, 14 days (30 days for holidays, special events, July and August) or less prior to confirmed arrival date will be responsible for the entire reserved stay. This is also true for no-shows.
Additional cancellation charges may apply for cancellation of confirmed events such as elopements, weddings, and honeymoon packages.
Enhancements or packages ordered and cancelled with short notice may result in additional charges.
Whole-Inn or Group Bookings
Booking the entire inn for a private event may be available depending on the date and availability. Our inn has 5 guest rooms with total capacity for 10 persons. A three-night stay is required to book the entire inn. For whole-inn bookings or for group bookings where rooms are blocked before reserving, there is a 20% surcharge per room, per night. There may be additional space use fees should the property be used for activities or events outside of our typical breakfast service. We require unique contact information including cellular telephone numbers for each guest room during a stay regardless if the event is booked under a single reservation or paid for by a single person. For all group bookings, 50% of the total charges are due at time of booking, and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations of whole-inn bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation notification terms are applicable. Call the inn to discuss the possibility of booking your group or the entire inn for your event.
Groups & Celebrations
Whole inn bookings are available for groups and special events such as weddings, corporate board meetings, reunions, workshops, retreats and professional meetings. Inquire about rates. Additional charges or event contract may apply. Additional cancellation charges may apply.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at this time for the safety and comfort of our guests.
Smoking
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in any guest rooms or the inn’s common spaces. Evidence of smoking or vaping in guest rooms or common spaces will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted in all exterior spaces. Ashtrays are available.
Gift Certificates
If you have a gift card or gift certificate, please inform us when making your reservation. Certificates must be presented at check-in for full redemption.
Guests are liable for any damage or loss of hotel property, or should extra cleaning be necessary.
