Reservations made for the Cottage rooms may be canceled with 48 hours’ notice and have no penalties. If 24 hours’ notice is given you will be charged for only half of the first day of your reservation. If notice is given the day of your reservation you will be charged for one full day of your reservation. No shows will be charged the full amount for the entire reservation.

A 7% sales tax, an 8% room tax and a $5 bed fee will be added to all rooms.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due when booking an event. 90 days prior to the event, 50% of the total bill is due. 30 days prior to the event the remaining 50% of the total bill is due. Payment plans may be set up as long as all payments are made within the guidelines. Once a payment is made it becomes non-refundable.

A 20% service fee and 7% sales tax will be added to all events.
