Sage Cottage is uniquely set with multiple event spaces including the Sycamore Room, the Pavilion, the Cottage, and the Lawn. Each space has a unique feel and purpose which can accommodate small intimate gatherings, or larger events of up to 150 people.

Convenient Amenities
Every Sage Cottage packages and events include all of the necessities. We supply the chairs, tables, dinnerware, linens, etc. Perhaps you are wanting something particular for your special occasion, no problem, we are happy to rent in exactly what you want for an additional cost.

Our Cottage boasts 5 beautiful rooms to accommodate guests for your special occasion. The rooms are comfortable and quaint allowing you to feel at home while still enjoying the luxury of vacation. The Cottage theme throughout adds a sense of calm and tranquility. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
The cottage
Welcome to our home and welcome to our Family! The cottage itself is a multi-purpose space, but most often it is accommodating guests of events, and people desiring to getaway to the Georgia’s beautiful North Country.
Just 2 miles from the beautiful Barnsley Gardens, the cottage is equipped with five cottage style rooms. Each room is fully furnished and lightly decorated to make you feel at home.
The shared living room and study are located downstairs and features fireplace for a cozy peaceful environment.
Sage Cottage is proud to be a family-owned business where living on property brings incredible advantages. We are able to accommodate all of your needs and add a sense of home to an already charming Cottage. If you need any special accommodations please don’t hesitate to ask, we are happy to do anything we can to make your stay more enjoyable. You may enter as a stranger but you will leave as part of the family.

You may be in the woods, but for those who want to enjoy some entertainment, need to catch up on some work, or need to stay connected with people back home, we do have wifi available for our guests, along with smart tvs.
