Q: Do I have to provide the catering?
A: No, Sage Cottage is well equipped to prepare all dining and culinary diets including well-loved cakes and desserts on site.

Q: How can I check availability and book an event?
A: You can check availability and book your event by contacting us directly via phone or email. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date.

Wedding Questions

Q: What is the capacity for weddings at Sage Cottage?
A: Sage Cottage can accommodate up to 150-200 guests for weddings utilizing our indoor and outdoor space.

Q: Do you offer wedding planning services?
A: Yes, we offer wedding planning services to help you with every detail of your special day, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Q: Can we have our wedding ceremony and reception at Sage Cottage?
A: Absolutely! We offer beautiful spaces for both the ceremony and reception, including our stretch lawn, pavilion, open air deck, wooded area and elegant indoor hall.

Bed & Breakfast Questions

Q: What amenities are included with a stay at Sage Cottage? A: Our bed and breakfast includes cozy and well-appointed rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, a delicious homemade breakfast, and access to our scenic 13-acre property.

A: Yes, a homemade breakfast is included with your stay, featuring a variety of delicious options to start your day.

Q: Are there any special packages for guests staying at Sage Cottage?
A: Yes, we offer various packages that include romantic getaways, weekend escapes, special event accommodations and many enhancements

Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require different times, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  See our Policies page for additional information.

Event Specific Questions

Q: Do you provide décor and setup services for events?
A: Yes! Sage Cottage provides linens, décor, china, glassware, flatware and much more to relieve our guests of the work.

Q: Is there parking available for event guests?
A: Yes, we have ample parking available onsite for your guests.

Q: Are children or pets allowed at Sage Cottage?
A: While we love children and adore animals, we are currently an adult-only B&B, and we also ask that you please leave your pets at home to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
